MEDIA BUILDING

The project was developed for the new offices of Magnolia_Zodiak, a significant Italian television production company, located within a 1960s building in the creative district of Porta Garibaldi.
The upper three floors house the executive and operational offices, with subtle color coding used to identify different departments.
On the ground floor, a newly designed entrance hall leads to common areas, including a break area with an adjacent outdoor space (Dehor), a large meeting room that can be separated by movable walls, casting rooms, and additional offices.
The basement accommodates the production area, featuring 36 acoustically isolated units, ensuring optimal sound quality for productions.
The graphic design throughout the common spaces contributes to the new visual identity of the company, creating an engaging and cohesive environment that reflects its creative mission.
