The project area is located in the north-eastern part of the city of Milan, on the site of the historic headquarters of RCS, along the street dedicated to the publisher Rizzoli.
On one side, contemporary city life deeply enters the area thanks to the very close proximity of the Crescenzago M2 subway station (green line), which connects the new Business Centre to the city center and various infrastructure nodes.
On the other hand, urban presence is softened by the “green lung” of Parco Lambro. The project aims to create a significant environment primarily through the connection between public and private spaces, paving the way for the integration of the building into urban dynamics.
