CASA MGCP

We envisioned a refuge away from home, a place where one doesn’t feel alone, reminiscent of old courtyards, their rooftops, and inside, the original floors, windows, and radiators. For this reason, we decided not to lose any of what existed but to adapt it to our needs with simplicity. The aim was to spend little while preserving values, wasting not even a square centimeter an essential project. We imagined our life coming together with our guests. Through our experiences, we learned that in reality, we don’t need many things, and perhaps proximity helps us truly enjoy the simplicity of what we have, without waste or excessive accumulation.
